"The staff at the Spa, the reception staff, were completely hospitable. The location was brilliant. It was proper quiet at night, and although very near the town centre, we were able to sleep like logs. After Brexit, most of these Romanian and Polish had decided to return. Our loss. "Hotel was very clean & pleasant,room was clean & tidy, however info stated that room would be ready from 15:00, we were delayed by traffic & booked in at 16:25 to be told that room was not ready. We went for a drink in the bar & receptionist said she would phone when ready. As we were attending a function from 14:00-18:00 3 miles away we waited until 17:25 but room was still not ready.
