Staff, the bed in the suite was the most uncomfortable bed you can imagine. You laid down and sunk, your head and feet was in the air. Luckily we had a sofa sleeper as well. The week of Christmas we was here was great the bed sucked.

for some reason the accessible room was the cheapest so we booked it. nice large room. incredible shower and pressure. everything was very clean. friendly staff. desk in the room to work from.
