"Parking was a bit tricky to get in underneath to park n. but very secure. The hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for then. Because of our age we found the stairs a big challenge so probably would not return "

"Great stay. Good sized bedroom with comfortable bed. The only negative about it was the creaky floorboards above us. The breakfast provided the following day was very good with loads of choices. Location of the hotel is central with free parking. We liked that we can just walk from hotel to the centre within 5 minutes. The staff were very helpful and efficient especially at breakfast time when they were very busy. We recommend this hotel."

"The room was delightful in looks. The host was fantastic in ensuring w ehad what we needed. The room faced a main road, this did mean that despite double glazing the sound of the road was heard easily throughout the night which made sleep difficult at times. Breakfast was provided, it was alright. I was surprised at some of the portion size, I would have expected a bit more than a quarter of black pudding slice and a spoon full of beans. Sausages were advertised, but provided chipolatas. It was a quaint stay, and the host was delightful, but I can't say I would rush back"

"Very lovely room with nice little welcoming touches. The free standing bath was a delight. Dinner was good, breakfast not so. The same with the service. Overall, a good location and room and by ironing out a few inconsistencies with the food and service it would be great."
