The curtains had a long black stain on them and they didn't open properly. The bathroom was clean and the air / heat worked well, although very noisy at times."

"I booked this room thru hotels.com. I was quoted a price of $131 for the night. When I arrived the staff member ( very nice man) told me the price was $231 for the night. When I asked why, his response was “ because there are so many events going on in the area and no rooms are available anywhere, they could raise the rate.” I was not happy about this and won’t stay at a Best Western again."
