"The staff is always great and nice, place is always clean. They were repainting the front parking lot when we arrived so we had to park out back and there were no carts left to bring luggage in on so that was annoying. We saw empty ones in the hall way of our floor, pointless by then. The bathroom sink was tilted or something because it had a very tiny leaked so it popped to the front corner of the sink and onto the floor, small puddle. The stall shower had a foldable chair in it so it was a small space but the shower curtain was too narrow for it so water got everywhere when it was used. That was the only bad thing about the room. Those 2 issues in the bathroom."

"We were surprised to receive an upgrade to our room when we arrived. Everything was clean and the staff was more than accommodating. Breakfast was just okay, but good enough. The Inn was quiet, even when meetings were being held on the first floor. Parking was free and abundant. Lovely old inn that was close to shopping, dining and the lake."
