The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
"The fire alarm went off and no announcement, no staff on each floor to at least guide everyone. Everyone just want to be safe and we all gathered outside on our own. No happy with the experience."

Royal Garden Hotel

Royal National Hotel
"The room was grubby, the radiator needed painting, and it all needed a good, deep clean. The breakfast area was horrendously busy, it was very uncomfortable. The corridors were grubby. Overall it was just quite disappointing"
