"This is our third stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. The room was perfect. The staff took care of all our needs. Check in was quick and seamless. We had water left for us due to the heat. The location is spectacular. I cannot recommend this hotel enough."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
"L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellente, directement sur Thames Path, à 2 minutes à pieds d'un metro avec une vue improbable sur Tower Bridge et sur Tower of London. Le personnel était gentil et disponible pour nous assister. L'hotel a cependant besoin d'un peu d'amour, les chambres sont vieilles ..."

"The hotel is really old and dated, very noisy. the location was good. front desk staff were clinical and lacked customer service. No introduction to the hotel. Restaurant staff were great. basic amenities of a coffee machine were missing."
