Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
"Stayed 2 nights, false fire alarm went off twice, the first time being 6am in the morning. Had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs to stand outside for 20 minutes only to be told that it was a false alarm caused by steam. Staff on reception very rude and unhelpful. Made me feel very unwelcome ..."
