Central Park Hotel
"From the fire alarm siren being set off every 10 minutes in the morning and afternoon to building work and refurb taking place without the rooms actually being ready, the overall experience was poor. Very little bathroom space and the space in the junior executive suite was completely misleading. ..."

"Room and facilities not as shown in pictures on website. False advertising. Facility is run down and staff is rude. Had to cancel reservation when viewed the room and find alternate accommodation. Still working with Expedia to get a refund which no one will respond back to Expedia."

Lancaster Hall Hotel
"Staff very helpful, breakfast good, room spotlessly clean, it’s situation is great as close to Paddington but not on a main road so quite quiet. Ideally situated to get around London on a quiet terrace. No air-con but there was a fan supplied. Will definitely stay again when next in London."
