"Petit studio. Évier de la sdb très petit. Celui de la kitchenette mal placé. J'avais pris une petite terrasse, on oublie ça, 1m x 4m avec un mur de 5m de haut. Bref, rien à faire avec. En général, à part une localisation ok. C'est un studio très moyenun peu petit."
