Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Capsule was very hot inside and the toilets didn't have adequate amount of toilet rolls. Also the showers need either better storage to stop clothes etc getting wet or a curtain putting up. The hotel it's self was clean.

The room (pod) was clean and fresh, and surprisingly quiet, the one downside was the temp even with the air con on, it was hot. The showers, and toilets see clean and staff were efficient. But where else in London can you get room in central London for £30
