The apartment was great for an overnight stay, could do with a little tlc but was clean and beds were comfortable.

It is an older property, but clean and quiet. Just an air conditioner in one room and it was hot when we were there, it helped, but was still a bit warm.

Convenient location, good price

Basic room with kitchen, shared bathroom on the same floor. Clean, had fridge, kettle, ironing board, microwave & 2 ring hob for cooking. Location and price were major plus points - 20 mins walk from Westminster. It's not a posh hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be

The apartments were in a great location very close to Victoria station, the tube and buses. The staff was friendly and helpful but pricing seemed inconsistent, as , due to room changes, the nightly fees were not consistent. First flat was not onsuite as described. Second flat was large and well appointed. However, on a Saturday the street noise from passerbys was extremely loud and lasted well past midnight. Also we tried to change the reservation well ahead of time and they would not move the dates even by one day. If traveling to London again, I would look for other options.

Description was not accurate.

It was a lovely room but mini fridge did not work. On the app it shows as an apartment with a bathroom. But you gave to go down one level to go to the shared bathroom. I had an upset stomach and every time I had to go to the toilet, had to put clothes and shoes on to go out of the room to get to the toilet. There were hairs on the toilet seat and the bathroom floor in the morning from someone who used the bathroom. They need to say it clearly on the advert that the bath room is shared and it is on the level below. It also said, we get a hair dryer but it was not available. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable and toilet paper and towels were in the room.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Nonetheless, it would been nice to have a cooling system in the apartment. It was really hot the day I arrived and didn't have a good night sleep after a long journey.
