Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Patio was very nice. Only complaint was lack of upgraded plugs (no usb plugs although the front desk loaned us an adapter to use the electrical outlet)

The room is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is good and easy to catch buses and not far to underground. The guys at the reception were so nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel and book again if I travel to London.

I stayed here to be close to King’s Cross as had a very early Eurostar train in the morning. The staff are wonderful. Polite, attentive and incredibly helpful. Will definitely stay again.

A little small once the pull out sofa is open (there were 3 of us), but nice to have a kitchen with oven/stove/microwave/fridge/toaster/kettle. Otherwise was a very nice unit, and the 7/24 concierge was always friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff always smiling and offering a good morning. Would stay again for sure.

It was very comfortable with the sofa bed we were able to sleep separately without disturbing one another. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Bus No 29 gave us easy access to Camden town and central London London Thankyou.

This was exactly what we needed it to be. Only negative is the washer/dryer didn't quite get it clothes dry! Make sure you keep that in mind if you decide to do laundry :) Other than that 10/10

Even though it is not located in City Centre, however the public transport on Camden Road especially bus no 29 running very frequent, (mostly only 3 mins waiting) to City Centre or transit to metro! Staff are friendly & helpful. Room equipped with washing machine, oven, stove, & kitchen utensils. Buying groceries on Holloway Road or Kentish Town Road or arranging dinner at these locations with various restaurants, are convenient. Highly recommended to long stay.

Nice BUT!

Great little apartment BUT the first thing the guy tells me when he shows me to the room is "The radiator doesn't work properly, I don't know why" and it's freezing outside! So it sounds like this isn't a temporary thing, it's something to do with the plumbing that they are ignoring and he probably has to tell this to every guest. Secondly the vents in the windows have been removed so it is REALLY noisy with all the traffic coming from main road outside all night! If you don't have earplugs, forget it! So overall it's a nice place and I would have stayed again when working in London but not if it's going to be uncomfortable.

Camera pulitissima e personale molto gentile. C’è di tutto all’interno della camera, dalla cucina all’asse e ferro da stiro. TV Smart dove é possibile collegare il proprio cellulare e guardare quello che si preferisce. Vicinissimo a diverse fermate di autobus che in 20/30 min portano direttamente in centro, e in 10/15 min vi portano a Camden town. Una nota per gli italiani: il letto che viene indicato come “matrimoniale” è un “queen size”, quindi una piazza e mezzo. Se siete da soli è perfetto, in due il letto è un po’ piccolo, ma alla fine per tutti i servizi che offre l’hotel, direi che passa assolutamente in secondo piano. Stra consigliato!!!

Wonderful stay. The staff was extremely helpful, both before coming and during our stay. They really made our visit! The apartment was the cleanest I've ever stayed in and was very spacious compared to other places in London. There is a small corner grocery around the corner and it's walkable to restaurants and underground. The area is generally suburban and felt safe at all times. The Piccadilly line comes direct from Heathrow. For people with lots of luggage or limited mobility recommend Uber as the sidewalks are very bumpy. There is a safe in the room.

Our son and his family own an apartment nearby so we always stay here when we visit. We find the folks there very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is very well presented. There are places to eat nearby - the bread and pastries at Bread and Bike are fabulous for breakfast !
