All I can say is that the staffs were really lovely and they made me feel welcome at the hotel. The food was really delicious that I would recommends Pan Roasted Sea Bass Fillet and Classic Fish and Chips as they were my favourite dinners.

Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee ...

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
We were told our room with city view and would cost £60 per night for a upgrade with river view, we didn't accept. We ended up with a room with a window of no view! I meant No View, period !

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
The room could have done with a little updating, but the hotel itself was excellent. Modernisation work is going on in the reception area which was noisy whilst having breakfast in the restaurant, but that didn’t spoil our stay. The hotel is ideally placed for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. ...

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Avoid ...photos are fake, besides the location it is a really a bad hotel, the rooms are terrible it looks more like a prison cell that an hotel room, no windows which is terrible in itself as you need to leave to light on, else it feels like a black hole,...but also no TV, no bed table, no bed light, ...
