Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean and professional staff"

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent

"Arriving at the hotel on its own was a whole experience. The staff welcomes you and takes your luggage up to the reception area which is actually on the 38th floor I believe! This amazed me! You get perfect view of the Twin Towers with a full 360 glass view of the city if im not exaggerating. The check in process was quick which I loved as I was a bit tired on arrival. I chose a garden view and that was also amazing. The room was well maintained, clean and the bed well tucked which is a deal breaker for me. I took a hot shower and was able to lay on my bed with a view of sky scrape buildings views at night. In the day I had a beautiful view of the garden view below. The hotel is almost connected with just a walk over from hotel exit onto the entrance of the sky walk way to the Mall and KL building so I got to explore on my own with just about a 6-10 min walk across the Sky walk to the pavilion. The breakfast was a whole experience as well. It had several live stations with Indian and western breakfast options. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I traveled solo and I did not feel alone. It is especially convient of its location if you want to be able to explore as a solo traveler within walking reach. The staff also helped me with a tour to be able to see a few must see sights with a save driver. My only bad review is I messaged twice through expedia for hotel shuttle information and did not get a response compared to other hotels quick responses via expedia."

Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent

"Had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Proximity to RapidKL public transport is a major plus point. My experience with hotel staff throughout my stay was just right, leaving me to do my own things without intrusion and not been excessively attentive. Continental Breakfast wise, variety is excellent and taste great, kapitan cafe environment was pretty clean and quiet too - only minor point was some of the tables had ants on it during one of the mornings. Other than that, a few nights stay here is overall highly recommended."

Furama Bukit Bintang

10/10 Excellent

"We booked an executive room for my dad and I. The exec lounge and breakfast option is fantastic. Our first room did not meet our needs or expectations- it had a strong mould smell and poor shower. Upon speaking to management we were moved to room 1610 which was fantastic. Our room was well looked after had all the amenities you would need and the daily breakfast was great. All the staff was super attentive and really tried to help us be comfortable throughout our stay. Pros- location is great- easy for grabs and easy access to Bukit Bintang main area without all the mess. Executive breakfast is great. Great overhead shower. Amazing attentive staff. Great internet. Cons- some rooms older and maybe due for updating soon. Tv channels are very limited and tiny baby tvs! We’ve been to Malaysia 22 times and this is going to be my new go to KL hotel. For the price point and location you won’t get better."

Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection

8/10 Good

"Location was okay, older hotel that showed signs of wear and tear. Comfortable bed and had everything I needed. Breakfast was filling. Wait staff was top notch and wonderful. Special shout out to Manesha. An absolute sweetheart, brightest smile, brought food for me to try on her own accord. Chefs also accommodated me without asking. Lovely memories."
