"From I arrived everything was lovely . Reception staff were very welcoming and throughout my brief stay everyone was very helpful. My room was beautiful and very clean with a lovely view over the fountains. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a time to relax"

"The hotel is lovely have stayed many times couldn’t get room 412 cause it wasn’t available. We had a executive twin which was lovely two large double beds room 404. The fountain is outside the window and but if there is a wedding in the function room down stairs or the quests were outside it could be noisy. Lovely dressing gown and slippers in a grey colour are great. Having a fridge in the room was handy, and fan was great. Breakfast was brilliant nice that everything was brought to your table and no one touching the food. Staff are so helpful . Xx"
