"Avoid. The place is a building site. Some rooms have been kept open despite major building work going on. My ground floor room had no hot water except in the shower. No hairdryer. No lock on the window. Entry was through a fire door at the back of the property. As a single female traveller, I found the lack of security - unlocked access door to building, flimsy room door , international building workers who were a bit too ‘friendly’ - really alarming.
The bedroom was clean, shower wasn’t. No storage in bedroom - not even a hook to hang a jacket on.
The manager responded to my complaint by sending a bottle of wine. I’d initially complained at ~330pm. He came to my room at 930pm, offering to move me, but by this time I was ready for bed.
Fire door are propped open with rocks and planks, contravening fire safety laws.
Especially for solo female travellers, don’t go near this dump."
