"We had a lovely stay, the place was nice, it was close to some lovely walks on the beach and in nature parks. We liked our hot tub but it was just a tad too hot and it wouldn’t cool down with the controls, we even left the top open and it stayed at 40 degrees, we couldn’t stay in for very long. The shower was either boiling or freezing but we still enjoyed and can’t wait to go back some day :)"

"The location was perfect for access into Betws-y-Coed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We finished off our stay with a lovely breakfast."

"I will start with a positive! Staff friendly and accommodating. That is the only positive I have to say about this hotel. Rooms leave a lot to be desired, very run down and would benefit from a good clean. We moved rooms 3 times before we made the decision to stay - wish I had stuck with my gut and left straight away. Restaurant and bar area needs a good clean just as much as rooms. I can safely say I won’t be back and certainly would not recommend this place. "

"The building has some “charm” to it (the bed moved when someone walked along the corridor outside) but is clean, tidy and slept really well. Music on the Saturday night was great and restaurant food was fantastic. Staff are A+, mailed me my sunglasses that I forgot in the room. Thanks for a great stay!"

"On arrival the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful, the cabin was very clean and modern. The swimming pool facilities again were clean and well kept by the attendants. All of the staff were polite and helpful making our stay very enjoyable, we will look forward to returning. My partner particularly enjoyed walking around the site to find the peacocks…"
