"Graigside is a nice clean hotel being part of a public house means food is available and there is a large car park something which is lacking in a lot of Llandudno hotels. There is free WiFi. Breakfast is available. The staff are friendly and helpful though they do have a large area to cover and might be stretched if th pub gets busy. This is not the first stay we have made at Graigside Manor as it was previously a Premier Inn and I am sure it will not be our last."

"Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own."

"Stunning rooms, but let down by unprofessional and inconsistent service. I recently stayed at this hotel , sea view suite in £180 per night, and while the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are genuinely lovely, the breakfast experience was a significant disappointment. As someone who has stayed in over 800 hotels globally, I understand the importance of local service etiquette. However, the service here was far below what is expected for a property at this price point...

"Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. "Stayed in the deluxe room and at over £100 for the night with no breakfast, I did expect better. Drain in the shower had smell on arrival, but sorted quickly. Went to get into bed that night and the frame the mattress sits on came away from the frame and collapsed, so at had to "re-make" the bed. Morning noticed in the shower that there was black around the shower hose and dials and also ran out of toilet paper in the night (silly dispenser type thing on wall) with no spares. "I have never stayed at the Merrion Hotel before, but, after booking a short break there on Wednesday the 6th of April till the 10th of April, I must say, I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised how very good it was, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent, and I am not sure if any other hotels in Llandudno could beat it, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go back there again in the near future, keep up the good work Merrion From Mr lewin Thomas...
