"The staff was very helpful. The rooms are large with high ceilings. Breakfast is served in your room and is lovely. The bed is large and very comfortable. Overall a great stay!"

"I stayed in a total of three hotels while in Portugal. This hotel was by far the best. The room was clean. The ambience was relaxing and the staff was very friendly especially Francisco, who greeted me when I first got there and made sure I felt at home. "Everything was top notch and perfect. Plus, some free add ons which we were not aware of like tons of options in free breakfast, fresh from the kitchen menu, and fresh orange juice! Staff was amazing, specially Davin who helped us carry our heavy bags to our rooms. A staff member was always at the reception providing assistance. They even lent us their phone charger adapter and hair dryer! Totally worth the price (actually cheaper given all the above)."

"Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel stay ever. With only 6 suites, the atmosphere is very intimate and personal. Breakfast was wonderful with freshly -made juices, fruit, Jogurt, cheese, pastries, etc. Absolutely top quality. We had the Lola suite and it was amazing. High ceilings, huge bathroom and plenty of space."

"Kleines Juwel, was man von der Straßenfront aus nicht vermutet. Geräumige, helle und modern gestaltet Zimmer. Zimmer zur Straßenseite etwas beeinträchtigt durch Straßenlärm. Allerdings gut schließende Fenster und Klimaanlage können das sehr gut kompensieren. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Empfehlung für ein Restaurant in der Nähe war klasse. Danke dafür!"

"The hotel is centrally located, but the stairs/lack of elevator is what knocked my score of this hotel down quite a bit. I booked this hotel since they offered a family room with a variety of bed configurations but didn’t see any reviews stating that the hotel really doesn’t have an elevator and you have to hike up many flights of stairs with your luggage and daily to access the breakfast, which is on the rooftop. The room we had was “clean” but in need of a deep clean. The staff was super nice...

"Lovely, stylish property and rooms with a gorgeous pool area which was hugely appreciated to cool off in the afternoon. All the staff were lovely and friendly. We very casually mentioned before arriving a couple of our group had birthdays during our stay and on both days we were greeted at breakfast with a very thoughtful piece of cake with a candle in - so sweet!
