The room was lovely and full of character, and breakfast was a great start to the day. The guest house is close to the centre of Sintra Old Town and is a great location to get around. "The room was great. The whole look of the property was superb, just a pity that the drain fumes made it uncomfortable during the night. Lisbon property owners needs to ensure that they are able to get proper u-bends fitted in all of their bathrooms and therefore stops the drain smells coming back into the rooms. It is not a difficult just seems like Portugal is far behind the times when it comes to that. It can be fixed and is not a problem that needs to still be an issued in today's world."

"The bed was comfortable, the hotel was well located and the staff was friendly and gave us good recommandations during our stay. However, there was a lot of noise during the night because of the tramway wich passes right in front of the window. We didn't know that the bathroom were shared before the room was reserved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"It is a new facility, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Need to note two things - first is that the area is very noisy at night and street sounds are load, which means earplugs if you don't want it to bother you. Second - the double bed is 140x190 cm in size, good if you're average size, but can be an issue for the big & tall. "
