"The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. Was so angry at that point that it took me 2...

"Room was in desperate need of decorating, needed new window frames. En suite miniscule, nowhere to hang towel or clothes. Towels very thin and with holes. The room was warm and bed linen clean."

"The hotel is in a very good location with ample free parking. The room and bathroom were large and clean with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. The hotel is somewhat dated and does look like it could benefit from some renovations but i believe it is under new ownership and so hopefully this will be done. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Bedbug infestation caused us to leave at 11:00pm with nowhere to go. Expedia did not offer to help find an alternate. Still waiting for the promised refund, but we ended up abandoning our visit to see our daughter and drive home in the early hours. Absolutely shocking."

"We didnt even get to our room as at reception we were requested to leave our bank card as a "deposit", because of this, I will be expecting a full refund. The place was disgusting and photos on your website are misleading."

We had to be up early to work security at the half marathon which affected us during the day.."

"This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. "

"Everything was excellent. Staff who expertly served a table of 24, courteous, efficient, polite. Food was amazing. Room was outstanding. All staff were lovely, approachable and helpful. Added bonus was a welcome for breakfast and more delicious food. Absolutely stunning all round"
