"I stayed here for one night and really enjoyed my stay! The front desk staff was very nice! Max was extremely helpful telling us about the hotel, how parking works using the connecting lot etc. The room is very modern and clean, and I had a great view looking over Bronson Park and the outdoor mall. The only thing that I didn't like was my room service experience with Burdick's however, the manager was nice and resolved it right away. I loved the amenities that the hotel offers such as places to eat, bar, pool, fitness area and breakfast spot where you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Definitely a place that I will come back to and spread the word!"

"The stay was not absolute worse but not the best either. The property looked ran down, I felt like I was staying in the ghetto. The blankets had questionable stains on them and the furniture inside was not in the best condition. I sat on the chair and it felt like it was going to break how wobbly it was. If I wasn’t with my fiancé and dad I would have felt very unsafe. We got up very early to leave cutting our trip and plans short.i would not recommend this place to stay to anyone. Looking at the pictures they posted showing the property was far from what it actually is. All of we’re glad that experience was over when it was. "

"Breakfast was blah. They need to step it up a bit. The property was good, room was great. Ate at the restaurant -very good, reasonable price. Will stay again for 230.00 for a lakeside view with balcony, jetted tub, fireplace - very nice room."

"It is an older hotel that is OK. The area around the hotel seems sketchy, but I never felt unsafe, and there was a closed-down restaurant next door and vacant buildings. The hotel has a nice bar and pool, and is clean, just not new and fresh."

"Great staff, location, clean, modern ! Just needs to step up on the breakfast part of the stay. Other competing properties have more options and better quality food. No biscuits and gravy no waffles . The sausage patties were bland and rubbery. "

"Breakfast was OK. They did have a hot tub which we were looking forward to using. However it was under repair. Otherwise the stay was satisfactory."

"The breakfast selection was decent. I enjoyed the coffee. My only complaint would be the pillows sucked. They were flat and the sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. So you might want to bring pillows from home. "
