The staff at this hotel were all so respectful and nice. The room was clean. The gym space wasn’t big but the machines worked great. My only frustration was that the people in the room above us were loud. If I was to stay here again I would request a room on the top floor. Otherwise the place was great.

I love staying at Tru Hilton hotels when traveling and 9/10 times when I visit family in Battle Creek I stay here! It’s always very clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok, decent size pool. Nice lobby and sitting area with TV & pool tables. Housekeeping was very friendly and the from desk workers are always nice. Special Thank uou to Dyshe’ Wilson we were always greeted with a friendly smile when we came & left the hotel and she has great customer service skills. Even when some guest were being very rude and unpleasant to her she remained calm & pleasant throughout the whole interaction. Keep up the great work staff!!
