The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The staff were great and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The building, however, is a bit run down. Only one elevator was working, and it felt like it could give out at any moment. Our first room had an air conditioner that made very loud, unpleasant noises. Since we were staying for several days, we asked for a different room, and the staff quickly helped — the second room was better. We did have a toilet break during our stay, which my husband ended up fixing himself. Also, towels seem to be limited, so if you like more than one after a shower, keep that in mind.
