"Staff didn’t speak any English which is always strange for any hotel. The place had a strange smell and our room was no different, like stale cigarette smoke. Bed was comfy but room was too hot and air con was useless. Watch your head in the loft room 5"

"Nice staff and good breakfast"

"Great accomodation on walking distance to old centre or by tram. Lovely view from the 6th floor on the old city"

"if wishing to go to the centre ville ask the staff to direct you to the bus stop by the electric bus charging station 200m away , town centre pedestrianized ."

"Chambre propre, très bons petits déjeuners"

"Parfait"

"We made a last minute booking and when we arrived at 3 am, they had no record of our booking. However, the concierge was extremely helpful and showed us to our room and said we could sort the booking out in the morning. The room was generally clean and tidy however the bathroom showers were the kind where you have to hold the showerhead in your hand which is slightly annoying and rustic. The rooms do not have air-conditioning which was slightly insufferable when it was 37°C. There was an...

"Excellent but would have liked a kettle in room. Also we didn’t know we were on third floor without a lift. I have mobility problems so this was a problem"
