"Came back here with my wife for our 5 year anniversary! Originally was Hilton now it’s Hyatt. The hotel personal is always extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is basically non existent (we knew that it wasn’t great from our first visit, so we didn’t care) but now it’s completely washed away. So if you are looking for a beach property this one isn’t the one. On the other hand you can walk over to the hotel next door and the beach was decent there so if you don’t mind walking less than a minute over to the other side it’s fine. But they should update the pictures online to not confuse first time visitors! Also room service changed from our last visit. They charge a flat $10 fee every time you order food to your room which was new from last time. Overall very satisfied with our stay. For the price you receive great customer service and a luxury hotel experience! Night entertainment was good. Food was amazing, especially the buffet restaurant “SPICE” by far was our favorite, compared to the other restaurants. Get the freshly made tacos, you won’t regret!! Thank you Hyatt for your great service and making our anniversary getaway special! Highly recommend!"
