"A gem of a hotel. Excellent service, I felt like I was in good hands. The front desk staff really took care of us and answered out questions. We had juat 3 days in Prague, and we wanted to make the most of it. I got a triple room, and after the tiny hotel rooms in Switzerland, the Huge room felt so luxurious! "Amazing 2 night stay in the Presidential Suite. It was a huge suite with gorgeous views of Prague Castle. Very kind staff, so helpful and friendly. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. It included menu options and an awesome buffet. Great coffee including specialty coffees. We joined a Tour Party for another 3 nights at this hotel and this included a dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was certainly 5 star and the staff didn’t miss a beat with 43 Australians and New Zealanders. ...
