"The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"

"On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers. "Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue. Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door."

"Second stay at this hotel, so it must be good! We had another enjoyable stay, and would return again! Staff helpful and pleasant. Room spacious and clean with kettle and refreshments. Comfy bed, clean towels, shampoo and body wash, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, safe and TV. Everything one needs! Excellent breakfast, and about a 15 minutes walk into the City Centre. Car Parking available at the hotel too for an extra cost."
