"Sehr nettes, zentrale gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit verfügbar (24 h Rezeption). Es wurden täglich Handtücher getauscht und Betten gemacht. Sauber war es auch und die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Am Bahnhof kann es manchmal etwas lauter werden. Aber sonst super!"

And when we asked for new towels since they missed the cleaning day they told us we could not get any new ones until they were able to schedule a new cleaning day, which in this case would be 48 hours before our check-out. "J’ai été bien accueillie à l’arrivée, malheureusement une fois dans ma chambre le soir, je découvre des toilettes et douche sales, le sol pareil. Lorsque je l’ai signalé le lendemain à la réceptionniste sa réaction m’a laissé perplexe, elle paraissait contrariée, et s’est simplement réfugiée dans son écran. Je pense que tout le concept de l’hôtel, minimaliste voir, spartiate, avec la réception au 6eme étage, ne permet pas d’être à l’écoute des clients, mais plutôt loin d’eux."
