"In the description it says that the office closes at 5:00. I sent an email inquiring what to do if we were going to be late for check-in but got no response in return. When we got our keys I saw on our check-in form that breakfast was not included and was approximately $35 per person. When we got to our room it was hotter than an Indian sweat lodge.
