"The pool was my favorite i don’t like that it close at 7pm the room was alright the air conditioning don’t work that well so it’s was kinda hot for my liking the tub water was black when I first turn it on the beds our not that comfortable but love the pillows need to have a refrigerator and microwave would make the place a lot better in my experience some of the elevators was little wish washy they don’t have a fast charger out lite in the room need up grades on the rooms but overall a decent stay for the price"

"The pool party was one of the highlights of the trip, our room clean up was alright but I wished they would have vacuumed the floor everyday. We asked them to bring up a shower curtain because there wasn’t one initially and when I left it on the floor for the cleaners to put it up they took it away? The overall hotel is nice, well kept for how old it is I suppose. Front staff (Lizabeth) was VERY friendly and helpful! Walk score 8/10 because it’s center strip! Monorail is a shot walk from the lobby. Overall stay 7.5/10 :)"

"The property is well situated and convenient to shops being attacked. I did however find the building a little dated. Cleaner asked on one occasion if we actually wanted our room clean. It was late in the afternoon so we declined however requested fresh towels. I was told that she only had enough for the rooms she had left to clean. This would suggest that she was not intending to clean our room. She added that fresh towels would be brought to the room. They never arrived however. I found the staff down stairs serving at the bars more interested in socialising with each other rather than serving customers. I observed a number of people walk away instead of being served!"
