"If you need to make any slight changes to your check in beware there is not enough staff to help, everything is moving away from in person staff. Otherwise no complaints."

"There is no one available to help you check in, so you need to be comfortable using a computer. Also, be prepared to wait a long time for the elevator. The elevators were extremely crowded, and we waited about 45 minutes just to get on one. If there had been stairs or another option, I would have taken the escalator, but our room was on the 16th floor, so that wasn’t really an option. This was definitely the downside of our stay, and I was not very happy with the situation."
