"Staff was very attentive and responsive to any needs. The room was very clean and roomy. The air conditioner worked perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels and amenities to use for the room, pool and beach. Very secure with gated entry requiring a passcode. One suggestion would be more mirrors in the room outside the bathroom for getting ready for a night out but other than that everything was perfect. We did not have to use parking but it is available for a fee daily. Convenient walk to down town"

"Our stay was overall okay. The staff was friendly and provided good service, which we appreciated. However, we were a bit disappointed because there were private events scheduled on both days of our stay. During those times, we weren’t able to enjoy amenities like happy hour or the pool’s bar, which was a big part of why we chose this hotel. It was a decent experience, but we didn’t get to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer."

"Very disappointing experience at B Ocean Resort. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days (Room 383), and unfortunately, the longer we stayed, the more issues we discovered. During our stay, a shirt was taken from our room. I reported it immediately, and was personally assured by the hotel manager, Jalicia Brooks, both in person and via email, that the issue would be handled within a few days. Since then, I have been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups — which says a lot about how guest issues are actually handled here. The hotel also advertises parking, but “forgets” to mention that it costs $60 per day — with no reasonably priced alternatives nearby. This is something guests should absolutely be aware of in advance. As for the rooms, they are decent, but housekeeping was unreliable. On multiple occasions, our room was simply not cleaned, and we had to go out of our way to request basic service. Overall, this stay felt far below expectations. Between poor communication, lack of accountability, and hidden costs, I would not recommend this hotel."

"The room was not what i was expecting very small for the price being charged and on top of that there were cockroaches running in the room. Which already being disappointed that was a complete turnoff. It makes you think was it there the whole time we stayed or only today. Now i have to make sure i leave my luggage outside for a few days. When this was mentioned at the front desk at check out they just said okay will tell the managment that room should be cleaned better , they did not offer any compensation nothing."

"Awesome stay. Love that my room was ready early which meant we could enjoy the hotel amenities before going to the Tortuga festival which was our main reason for staying here. Loved the proximity to the entrance and the exits of the festival and the marina connected with the restaurants and The Shorley was great. Our room also had a balcony with the view to the marina so even if we were in our room we could enjoy the music without havj g to be there. The best part is that once we closed the sliding door you couldn't hear a thing and it was nice and quiet. All the staff were super nice and attentive and loved the warm cookies and water at the front desk it was our snack fix and came in clutch. We have always wished on staying here for tortuga and definitely might make it a trend. "
