"Fabulous suite but the hotel gives a ‘seen better days’ vibe. Whether it was considered shoulder season in September I dont know. ( seems odd in todays climate when June/July are unliveable) but the hotel facilities seemed to be truncated. Breakfast offer was poor and would advise a room only rate."

"We only stayed for one night but it was great! The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. The bathroom and shower were amazing!! It is only. 15ish minute walk from the train station, minutes from the beach and 10 minute walk to the shuttles to get to port to catch our cruise. We had a balcony that overlooked the street with an ocean view. We would stay here again if we ever go back to this port for a cruise!"

"Check-in is all self service-make sure you get an email with the code to get into your room. We did not get the email and it was a bit of a challenge to get someone on the phone to help. Also remember that the first floor in Europe is not the first floor. The second floor is actually the first. This hotel is in a great location, it is Europe so buildings are old and there is no elevator, so be ready to climb. :) Its a good workout"

"What we liked was that it was walking distance to the port to for a cruise, about a 1/2 mile easy walking. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful with our bags. What we didn’t like was the room, even though it was a large room felt like it was institutionalized. There were no pictures on the wall, and there were no amenities in the bathroom, i.e. shampoo, soap for the shower With that said there was some soap for the sink. Overall, it’s a fine place to stay if just spending the night en-route to a cruise."
