"Great resort with everything one can need: clean rooms, beachfront, different amenities. Front office and staff throughout property very friendly and helpful. Not to mention 3 different restaurants to eat at. "

"It was not activities at all on the resort. The staff were rude upon check in did not tell us anything about the resort what so ever not food amenities anything. No one directed us on how to get to our rooms. The rooms were never cleaned our entire stay. The AC in the room could not be adjusted. The pool chairs and chairs in dining room were disguising. Only a few staff were nice. All the women staff were extremely rude and not accommodating at all. The only good part was the food and the bartenders. But it was no frozen drinks for our first 2 days. Overall terrible would not stay here again!!"

The check in process is seamless and the staff are quick to answer in person questions. My only negative was outside of office communication, emails / calls / chat functions lacked in responsiveness. "The villa (#618) was amazing! Beautifully decorated, with lots of outdoor seating and a small pool. Spotlessly clean with fresh flowers in each room. The kitchen was great and had some starter items to get you over the first day or so. The location was perfect for trips to both Westpunt and Willemstad. Communication was prompt and informative. Highly recommended! "
