The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. "Cannot recommend enough! We loved our stay. The room was nice, breakfast was excellent, but the staff was truly outstanding. They were SO kind and helpful. We were warmly greeted and welcomed with coca tea, which really helped our altitude difficulties. I really couldn't stress how much they helped with some minor travel difficulties. The location was great and there is a perfect cafe right next door for excellent, inexpensive meals. I can't remember a place I felt better about...

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."
