"Some frustrations include not being placed in the room I paid for. They tried telling me they gave it to someone else. It cause some delays, but eventually we were “upgraded” to a room with the same accommodations that I paid for. My reservation also came with complimentary breakfast, but charged me $32, and it ended up being stale muffins and coffee. Overall, fine for one night, but it’s not on my list to go to again."

"We loved the view of the ocean! Staff needs to listen to the customers and not repeat themselves as much as they did about smoking on the property! And the cologne smell in the hotel was very strong and a little too much! Other than that rooms were spacious and clean and it was a great place to stay!! I would definitely recommend going to it and staying again for sure!!"

"The hotel room was clean but very outdated. The hotel in itself needs work. The carpet and curtains has stains, the faucets are a bit rusted. Doors are broken and not working correctly. The staff at front were nice and friendly. The place is nice for a night stay if you need to just rest. We didn’t end up staying all night. I went to an event near by and left early morning after getting back from the event. "

"Very dirty room Smelled horrible Stains on the carpet, towels and sheets Furniture looked like it was picked up at the landfill, falling apart and ripped material Out of 5 windows, 2 didn't open at all, painted shut. And the other 3 opened but there were holes in the screen. And 1 window wouldn't even stay open. Bare walls No extra blanket, usually you would find an extra one in the closet. 1 very small garbage. Small fridge that also smelled bad. Property needed attention badly. Trash and cigarettes on the ground everywhere. "

"Was disappointed with breakfast this time...person who takes care of breakfast was nowhere to be found...sausages were overcooked...food was cold...oatmeal was stuck to bottom of pan it was in...oh yea the person who took care if breakfast was outside on phone...showed up 20 minutes later"

"Rooms were very clean, had microwave, mini fridge. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing that I didn't like was you couldn't unlock the door, had to have key, only had 1 key for 3 adults. Bathroom didn't lock. Everything else was fantastic."

"I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It is very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a very comfortable stay. There is a shopping center just across the street, were you to need any coffee, food, or other items. I would definitely recommend to others staying in the area!"
