"Charming hotel in the center of Cirencester with friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Note that there is no A/C but there was a fan in my room that kept things pleasantly cool. There is no lift so rooms may not be accessible for everyone (but they can help you carry your suitcases to the room). "We had a family room and the additional bedroom really helped with space. The accommodation is very well located as it is on a quiet road, but also very handy for the Arlington Row as well as a lovely pub called the Catherine Wheel. The food by Ricardo was lovely. The granola was a particular favourite amongst the family. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate returning in future!"

"Nice room, clean and comfortable. Easy check in with Mel, she gave us the full low-down on arrival. Unexpected live band but not too noisy in the room (what do you expect, it is a pub) and they closed down by about 11:30. Would gladly stay again"

"The accessible room i stayed in was clean and in great condition. Good quality bed linen and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast choices were good. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy best ive had in a hotel. The food was lovely and fresh as well as hot. Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean. Would definitely stay again and...
