"Friendly, courteous and ready to help staff. Great views from higher floors. And at the top floor, Pool and the bar with distance views of the Knuckles mountain range. Buffet meals were good and at my visit this time Indian themed, due to majority of visitors were Indian. This was my second visit. For me the price to quality of service ratio for Radisson is excellent. "

"Room was clean but constant sound of running water meant it sounded like heavy rain all night. Staff lovely and accommodating. Very central to local attractions. Would stay again but in a different room. Our friend travelling same dates/booking had a spacious room with view so I guess we were unlucky. "

"The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location."

"Very friendly staff who helped us with all our transport needs. The room was spacious and kept clean. Breaakfast was either buffet or served at table depending on how many people were staying at the hotel. There was a nice pool. The hotèl is up a steep hill but we knew about this, so didn't find it a problem, but you can always get a tuk tuk. Ideal for access to the lake and centre of town."

"First of all the condition of bathroom and the cleanliness of the room in general was really poor, insect on the floor, mold and dirty at evwry corner.In the morning, after informing the reception that the water was cold, and after the visit of some staff, we have been forced to take cold shower, since the problem was not solved after more than 40 minutes. "Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight. The food was great, service superb, so relaxing. Our room was immaculate with an incredible view. Thank you for an amazing welcome to Sri Lanka."
