"Pool and gym was as good as always. We found the mattress pad had several bad stains on it, had to have it replaced. One front desk employee was very short with me when I asked her to please the empty coffee containers. I was standing on the side of the desk when she allowed another guest to approach her for check out when I was there before that guest. She changed my morning outlook."

"Room was the dirtiest hotel room I had ever seen. Housekeeping did not empty the garbage; had no toilet paper; ran out of Kleenex in second day of our stay; did not remove dirty towels until I asked someone in the hallway to remove 2-day old towels; they only replaced towels once in five days. We went to front desk most nights for clean towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping failed. Front desk managers, especially Tim, were wonderful and helpful. "

"We’ve stayed here several times and will definitely stay again. The house is always clean, comfortable and stocked with necessities & more. So many activities available (lake, boat, canoes, paddle board, hot tub, fire pit, game room, corn hole and more). We don’t bring pets but it is pet friendly. The host, Dave, is awesome! Friendly, quick to communicate and very easy to work with. He’s on top of everything! The area is so peaceful and neighbors are friendly but private. Plenty of parking space and areas to walk if looking for exercise. Can’t say enough good things about it! Thanks for another great stay!!"
