This is a great location near shops and restaurants. The self parking made it convenient as well. The casino floor was inviting and very clean. The food was great. Very large rooms but furniture was a bit dated.

We had a wonderful stay at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe for a family birthday weekend! The location is fantastic—within walking distance of Heavenly Village, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus! We loved the classic Tahoe atmosphere and made some wonderful family memories. We would absolutely stay again!

The first room had a bad leak at the toilet had to switch rooms. Second room one of the showers didn’t work the shower head was messed up. Second room had an annoying clicking sound all day and night. No microwave to reheat food. The front door didn’t latch correctly you have to pull hard to get it to latch. The place needs some work. The staff was awesome.

The room was fine, and nice to have two bathrooms, but in 4 days we only had housekeeping service one time. The carpet was pulling up and the furniture was tired, but the bed was good and sheets were nice. There is a resort fee but no resort amenities. Self parking was easy and $20 / day. The hall smells funky but the room was ok. The hotel needs a refresh.

Our room was clean and quiet. Bathrooms need updating. The only complaint was smoking on the main floor where casino is. Casino's are going smoke-free. Harrah's should seriously consider making the change for the health benefit of workers and customers. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

The room we upgraded to was really nice with great amenities. The front desk person was very friendly and offered us a decent price to upgrade our room. Our experience at the one of bars/restaurant was less than impressive, though. The bartender seemed entirely unenthusiastic about being there and it showed in his service. However, I’m finding bad service all over the Lake Tahoe area to be the norm now. All things considered we would stay here again because of the location when we want to enjoy Stateline amenities.

It is an old facility that needs updates, but the location is awesome! We really liked the fact that our room had 2 bathrooms and the bedroom was spacious. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable & our neighbors had their music blasting.
