Knowing the hotel is under MAJOR construction would have been nice to know ahead of time! New room was nice.

Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
Dirty and understaffed. Can’t even get a bellmen had to make multiple trips from the hotel to the car for checkout. The elevators were fully packed and you can’t access the stairs without alarm going off so the only way to get on was to go all the way up to go back down. They advertise valet but ...

Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe - A Caesars Rewards Destination
If our room would have been cleaned before the last night it would have been awesome. I requested to both housekeeping and the housekeeping staff to have the room cleaned/turned over and it didn’t happen.

The Ridge Sierra
Size of condo was very good and good contents such as full kitchen and washer/dryer (which is unusual and very welcome) but property feels old and a little remote (no staff on site)

GetAways at the Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing
The room was clean and tidy. Staff were nice and helpful. It was a good stay.

The Ridge Tahoe Studio Free Tour App
Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation.
