"We really enjoyed the property. It’s a nice walk to Disney Springs. The pool and lazy river were great. Bars and food inside the hotel were very convenient and good. Expect higher pricing for food but that’s what expected for staying around Disney. The rooms were nice. We stayed in the room facing Epcot and got to see the fireworks at 9. Things that could be improved would probably be cleanliness around the hotel. It’s clean but it could be better. You can tell it doesn’t get a deep clean, not just the rooms but around the hotel as well. I think if the hotel was cleaner I would have gave it a higher rating. Other than that the hotel stay was good. The location is great bc we were able to walk to Disney springs or hop in the car to go to the outlet mall which was about 12 minutes away."

"Unfortunately, the floor we were staying on had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. We notified the staff on multiple occasions, but the issue was never resolved. It was disappointing to have to deal with this, especially after bringing it to their attention several times. We expected a cleaner and more comfortable environment."
