"The building we stay is Diamond Head building, carpet is old and smelly, the room is outdated, no complimentary water , lack of side table. They don’t have their own restaurant to eat for breakfast. Amenities are additional cost and we did not even use it. Parking is expensive."

"It was good."

"Restaurant would have been nice"

"Our only 1 complaint was it was listed as $60 for valet parking. When we were billed at the end there was a $40 charge we didn't know we were being charged for. Ask about parking as it's expensive. Other than that is was a great place. We highly recommend it as a place to stay. Oh one other thing....the elevator is slow plan accordingly."

"A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Waikīkī. Walking distance to everything with modern, well decorated, super clean rooms. Pool area was just as nice as the infinity pool at the Sheraton with a smaller crowd. Will definitely be back!"

"Need to disclose that resort fees will be taken from deposit"

"Breakfast was excellent, good variety including vegetables. Easy walk to the beach, quieter than beachfront hotels. Good bathroom. Room on floor 39 was good location. Lower rooms often had full elevators when wanted to go down."

"日本語対応のスタッフはおりませんでしたが、簡単な英語で会話できました。基本的にみなさん愛想が良く、歓迎されている雰囲気を感じました。 また、一番低いクラスの部屋を選びましたがとても綺麗でおしゃれで大変満足でした。素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。"
