"On a positive note, this hotel is great proximity to the beach. For a large hotel, the service was terrible. We booked this hotel 9 months in advance for our anniversary. We sent information about our reservation to the hotel staff and received a message back. However, upon arrival, our reservation was mixed up. We waited at the check in desk for 1 hour while the staff tried to figure it out. We were given a small room credit to compensate for the 1 hour delay. We were disappointed that despite...

"This property is far from 5-star. However, Expedia rates it 5 stars. When I spoke with the front desk, they told me they don't claim to be a 5-star hotel. The hallway carpets were dirty and had a musky smell. So did the carpet in our room. I had an ocean-view room, but at check-in we realized that ocean view means a high-floor ocean view. So we upgraded to the oceanfront rooms, which in reality means ocean view because oceanfront means your doors open to the ocean. Not across the street from the...

"Excellent all the way around. Extremely helpful staff, clean, updated rooms. Fantastic water pressure, no issues at all."

"The lobby was very pretty. The front desk staff was abrupt. The food in the Mac24/7 was okay but not good. The rooms were nice. But our tv didn’t work. The air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to be moved. The next room was nice. Does Management treat the front desk people well? They seems very unhappy. The pool area was nice"

"Run down with few amenities."

"I and my family stayed here 4 nights, the staff is not welcoming, they are always in a bad mood. The keycards did not work, had to get them replaced 3 times. The parking key didn’t work also. They never answered the calls from the room. Had to go to the lobby to have any issues workout. Would not recommend and will not be returning to this hotel."
