"Not one bad thing just small annoyances - There was no towels by the hot tub, staff was on their cell phones in the elevator, our refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and why only one chair on the balcony when two people stay in the room."

"“Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha"

"its one ofmy favorite places to stay. the room 2as clean and lots of space . the hot tub needed to be cleaned though. the tub had brown residue intbw bubbles. the security had told us when it was almost time to get out. they informed us they had to put chemicals in the pool... they should not have said that because it very unprofessional "
