The reception staff promptly responded to all of my email enquiries - I booked ski passes, transfers and ski hire through them which made our stay so smooth and hassle free. Room was clean, great view, lovely restaurants and just a great vibe. We will be returning! "

Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. The hotel is the perfect location for ski in ski out straight onto the slops. To get to the center it is a bit of a walk on the slops, but all adds to the fun. if the staff are available then they will drop you off and pick you up. All together we had a great time and would stay again. "

"The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?"
