"This is a wonderful resort. We stayed for 2 weeks and the first week was excellent. The second week we needed to change penthouse suite as there was something wrong with out jacuzzi then the second penthouse suite we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as you would get a shock as soon as you touch the water they showed up right away to fix it. But as soon as we went to use it it would shock again. So we never had a jacuzzi for halt our stay. "

"The Cana Brava Apartments are very nice. The room was nice, obviously newly furnished and had a working AC, plus a nice walk-in shower. The restaurant is good and prices are ok. Please be aware that the building is very remote, so a rental car is recommended. Walking distance to the Hardrock Casino is 10-15 Min. and to the Beach Club (highly recommended) like 25 Minutes. "

"This stay was a mix of great comfort and frustrating logistics. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the space felt much larger than a typical hotel room, offering good value compared to nearby resorts. Once everything was sorted out, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the late checkout was appreciated given the check-in issues. The arrival experience was stressful.
