"Our view from our window was straight onto the balcony of another room. People were on their balcony and looked straight into our window ( we didn't have a balcony). There was supposed to be tea/coffee facilities but we were there 2 nights and nothing was replaced for the second night. The paper cups we're taken so we had to ask for more cups. We also asked for more water for our kettle (advertised as complimentary) but were charged for it on our bill. The lady said we had a larger bottle so we...

"My wife and I booked one of their standard rooms. It was tiny. On the 3rd floor and the lift wasn't always available. The toilet and shower was incredibly cramped. No space to put 2 small suitcases"

"For a trip in high season, booked the last minute, it was ok considering we had a standard room with a very small shower room and a minute wc room, no shelves or wardrobe to put anything away. The staff was pleasant. The wi-fi was totally useless. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, a grocery just across the street, parking at the back of the hotel, the beach at 5 min walk. We would go back there but not in a standard room for sure, it would have to be a comfort room or better."
