"The hotel was super clean and the staff were super very friendly. The room was perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were a plus. Definitely will be returning!"

"Check in services were exceptional. They were very welcoming and informative. We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not working. Room was very kept. I just wish the carpets would go. It seemed a bit outdated plus the fact that the don’t provide drinking water is a bit disappointing. Overall we make the time work. Location is prime for a getaway. "

"Clean rooms and helpful staff"

"Let me start by saying the day staff was extremely nice and helpful! But when I checked into the first room is was not cleaned there was used towels in the bathroom the floor was covered in dirt and there was a really musty smell along with cigarettes. I went down to the front desk and they were very helpful and kind. They switched my room immediately. My next room smelled better but there was dirt all over the bed the sheets, pillows and blankets all were dirty (but the bed was made) and the toilet had hair and a poop stain on the toilet and dirt on it. I called the front desk and they sent the cleaning lady to come fix it. I left for the evening came back and everything was taken care of. Saturday around 7-8 I called to let them know the tv wasn’t working they told me I should have called during the day to have it fixed and there was nothing they could do because maintenance was gone (that was fine) the pool was not available during my stay. Again day staff was very nice and helpful to me. So no complaints on them! But all in all I would never go back."

"My stay was spectacular, check in was a breeze. The deposit was very cheap, I believe under $50 for sure (can’t remember exactly). You need to fill in a check in card was different but it was easy. Front desk was courteous and check out was simple too, just make sure you bring your debit card too so they can process your room refund successfully. The room was clean, as described online, and the AC was very cool. Parking is ample in the back but you may have to be lucky to snag a front parking. It’s close to many locations but I was really only there to sleep and relax after a family event. Would definitely come back given the affordability."

"I booked for Whittier but ended in Hacienda Heights. The photos were from Whittier vagabond. There was a lot of guests there were dealing and addicts picking up. The cops were there every night, The ice machine worked the first 2 days then nothing. Beds were not changed, the rooms were cleaned and trash taken out. The bed skirts were dirty and stained carpet was dirty. Bathroom door slammed into the sink if the door was open."
