"We are mobility challenged. The accessable room waa the farthest from the lobby. The bathroom had a bathtub shower. The room waa cramped with 2 walkers and 4 suitcases. When we were ready to check out the person answering the lobby phone said they would not help us with luggage. We ultimately found one of the housekeepers who was willing to help us.With our mobility challenges it would have taken us at least an hour+ to get out. We tipped the housekeeper $20. "The staff for housekeeping gave excellent service. Some of the staff in the front desk gave little information when asked about services that were offered. It was supposed to be a no smoking establishment but it smelled like cigarette smoke on the floor. Our stay was for about a week and of course a little bit of laundry had to be done and for the whole place there was only one washer and one dryer, very inconvenient."

"The first night that I slept in the bed, me and my husband was itching all night, but we didn’t find anything in the bed so the next morning I went to the front desk and asked him could the maid come and change the sheets on the bed because it was a nice room we had a view of the pool. After that everything was fine. I just didn’t know what the itch came from but after she changed the sheets, we slept good,"
